Refunds & Replacements Policy

At I Love Babu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refunds & Replacements Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility (14 Days)

We accept refund or replacement requests within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The order arrived with missing or incorrect items

  • The product is not as described

To submit a claim, please email us at contact@ilovebabu.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

All claims are reviewed before approval.


2. Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (shipped at no additional cost), or

  • Refund to your original payment method or store credit

Replacements are typically shipped within 3 business days after approval.
Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Cases

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout

  • Unclaimed or refused packages

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, no longer wanted)

  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

  • Packages rejected or destroyed by customs or courier

  • Orders already prepared or fulfilled and cannot be cancelled

  • Product discontinuation or long-term out-of-stock issues

In these cases, reshipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


5. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must accept delivery of the goods. Refusing delivery does not count as a valid cancellation and may result in loss of refund eligibility.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card provider (processing times vary)

  2. Contact your bank for pending transactions
