Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have a 14-days after receiving your item to request a return, but with the next conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ILoveBabu.com offers a quicker dispute solution and would appreciate it a lot if you provide: photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. Please upload the video if the photo cannot prove the products are damaged.
- Products Damaged.
ILoveBabu.ro offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrive are badly damaged.
ILoveBabu.com offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc.).
Notes:
- For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
- For damaged packing boxes, ILoveBabu.com cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
- A refund for Incorrect or missing products.
ILoveBabu.com has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. ILoveBabu.com will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
- For incorrect products, ILoveBabu.com offers a full refund or replacement.
- For products with the wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., ILoveBabu.com offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your product.
- For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, ILoveBabu.com may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, ILoveBabu.com will resend the product only.
- For accessories, ILoveBabu.com will resend the accessories.
Notes:
For the size problem, ILoveBabu.com would appreciate it a lot if you could measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. Then, our refund team will deal with your disputes quickly.
- Orders Cancellation.
For order cancellations, ILoveBabu.com offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
- After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
- After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.
- After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as ILoveBabu.com has planned and prepared for you after payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and made pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for you to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

- Unknown recipient.

The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. ILoveBabu.com takes no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: to epidemic situations, international situations, strikes, war, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspection. Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrive in some Countries, States, or Cities. ILoveBabu.com lists those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any returns when you choose those shipping methods to some countries, including:

Unacceptable Returns:
ILoveBabu.com shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- The buyer does not like it.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
- In some cases, packages are returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (in the acceptance conditions according to the policy ILoveBabu.com), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
ALSO EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
- All Flash Sale/Final Sale/BlackFriday/CyberMonday, items are not eligible for return.
- Items sold at 30% discount or more are final sale.
- All Deep Dive items and Certified Open Box irons are not eligible for return.
- Due to their personal nature certain items are excluded from returns. This includes but is not limited to all Wrap Ups, Half Ups, brushes, combs, and hats.
- We cannot provide refunds or returns for products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased on ilovevabu.com may be returned or refunded.
- We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse such as excessive returns, reseller activities or fraud.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, and in the same acceptance conditions according to the policy of ILoveBabu.com. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
